Pole 101 - The Tease 4 week workshop
This four week cumulative workshop consists of 4 classes, each lasting 1 hour & 15 min. Each class will begin with a warm-up to stretch and learn beginning floor dance moves. You will then learn basic pole tricks, with a new one added to your repertoire each week. Your new found skills are then put together in a pre-choreographed routine that you can take home and do with or without a pole! Please bring shorts for pole work and do not wear lotion to class.
Pole 102 – The Flirt
This four week cumulative workshop consists of 4 classes, each lasting 1 hour& 15 min. We will review and build on beginning pole tricks, to incorporate one arm moves, flourishes and transitions. Each week, you will learn a more advanced pole tricks and dance moves to add to your repertoire. You will also learn a pre-choreographed routine. Please bring shorts for pole work and do not wear lotion to class. Heels are strongly encouraged, but certainly not required. Bare feet are just fine. Don't forget to check out some of the hot styles available for purchase in our boutique!

Pole 101 Mini workshop -1.5 hrs - $37.50
Each workshop begins with a sensual warm up, followed by instruction of core sensual moves and transitions. You will then learn a variety of different beginnger pole moves and tricks which will be incorporated into a new pre-choreographed routine each week. Advanced Pole Mini Workshop 1.5 hours - $37.50
This workshop is for those who either have instructor approval or have completed levels 101, 102 and 103 through Donna Bella. Each workshop begins with a sensual warm up, followed y instruction of advanced pole moves and transitions. Get ready to step it up a level ladies!

Belly Basics of Belly Dance
Explore a dance unlike any other, the beautiful art of Middle Eastern Dance. Belly dancing is a fun, low impact workout that is great for all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. In this class you will be introduced to some of the basic moves of this sensual dance. This fun, low impact dance combines cardio, strength, and flexibility all into one. Please bring water and wear comfortable, form fitting clothes that you can move in. No skirts please.
Benefits: Improves flexibility, coordination, balance, self esteem and confidence. Plus it gives you a good work-out that will burn up to 250 calories per class!
Chair-ry Bomb Cardio - Tired of the old "grapevine" ? Try out this light cardio class that provides a fun and sexy twist! The thorough warm up teaches you all of the moves that you will need to know when the light cardio portion kicks in to get your heart rate up.
What a great way to get in touch with your "inner kitten" while sculpting your core and leg muscles! Chair dancing (using the chair as a prop) will help you learn to move your body in sensual ways that will sculpt the abdominal muscles, firm the body, and sensually burn fat! Wear your favorite workout clothes and bring a layer to take off (loose t-shirt or warm-up jacket) with a dance top, tank or t-shirt under it. You will laugh, sweat, and playfully step into your sensuality!
Cardio Hula Hoop

Hula Hooping offers a new, refreshing and rejuvenating workout for the mind, body and spirit. You will learn the basics of hooping, including breathing, balance, harmony, movement, awareness and coordination. Come hoop your way to a happier, healthier body, mind and spirit.

Contemporary Burlesque
This class brings an inticing twist on burlesque. A more edgey contemporary upbeat class that offers a quick warm up that will raise your heart beat, followed by sensual dance moves across the floor and finishing with sexy combination...... think glamazones or the pussy cat dolls!
Goddess Belly Dance
Explore the sensual, exotic side of belly dancing! Slow, sensual, snake-like movements combined with emotive, commanding percussive movements are what define Goddess Belly Dancing. All the belly dance moves taught in this class are classic, traditional belly dance techniques expressed with just a whisper of ballet, jazz, and sensual dance. The combination results in a style of belly dance that is fluid and graceful, but mostly seductive, and perfect for any level of dancer! You will also be introduced to the use of veils, swords and finger cymbals. You may bring your own or purchase them in Bella's Boutique.

A blend of Latin Grooves create a low impact, high energy cardio workout. Salsa Styling and syncopation's (no partner), Samba, Cuban dance movement, a hint of Flamingo, a dash of Mambo and much more! Explore body rolls, hip action, and shoulder isolations. Use basic spins, spice and attitude in a sexy, fun latin dance workout.
Pole Practice - Practice your technique
Practice what you have learned in the workshops. This class will begin with a warm-up which focuses on shoulders, arms, neck, back and abs (all very important muscles to warm-up and take care of when engaging in pole dancing). The class will then be separated by various levels and each level will practice the techniques they have already learned Students will not be taught any new tricks outside of their level. However, Michelle will provided individual tips and pointers to enhance your skill and technique.
Pole Teaser and The Tease
Due to popular demand, we have designed this class for the curious newcomer. This all in one session will demonstrate Pole Dance & Fitness, Sensual Dance Technique, Sensual Dance with Pole, Hula Hoop & Chair-re Bomb Cardio, allowing you to experience a little taste of each of our classes.
Incorporates the seduction of pole dance with a variety of sensual dance moves. This is another great form of dance to explore your own sensuality. Start exploring your inner goddess as we take the basics of sensual dance technique and bring them to life on the pole. We start on the floor with exercises that focus on flexibility and strength, but incorporate a sexy twist to strengthen all areas of your body and increase flexibility. This class also teaches students how to empower themselves with movement. Transitions between dancing and floor work is practiced. Get in touch with your sensual side and begin to see the beautiful you hidden inside!
PRIVACY POLICY
The movement we teach is intimate, beautiful and strenuous. We ask for complete confidentiality from all of our students. What happens in the class stays in the class. You are free to talk to other people about your own experiences, but please refrain from commenting on anyone else's.
Dress Code
No need to purchase any type of special apparel for our classes. The rule of thumb to follow is "If you can wear it at a gym, then you can wear it here!" However, we recommend that you wear shorts for classes involving pole tricks because bare legs are required to be able to grip the pole. You can wear something longer as long as you can hoist or roll it up when necessary. T-shirts, tanks, sweats, and sports tops are best. Although comfortable heels are great for dancing, flat shoes, tennis shoes or no shoes at all are just fine!
